Leslie Michalewski, Plant Manager
Leslie was born and brought up in Toronto.She trained as a Pharmaceutical Technician, and began working in the seafood industry after coming to Prince Edward
Island. She worked with Polar Foods as Production Supervisor in the Souris plant and was hired in the same capacity by Ocean Choice
International when that company purchased the Polar Foods assets. At Minigoo Fisheries she is filling the same function, and is
responsible for logistics and maintaining a continuous production flow on the production lines.

Wendi Kim, Comptroller/Office Manager
Wendi was born and brought up far from the sound of the ocean, in Chicago but she had Prince Edward Island connections - her mother hailed from here.
That meant many trips in summer months to visit her grandmother in the old family home. Meanwhile, Wendi received a Bachelor of Science degree with an
Accounting Major from famed DePaul University, and began a 20 year career in financial administration. She has won several awards for professional
competency, and has taken many accountancy specialty courses to hone her proficiency.

Don Bernard, Facility Manager
Don comes from the Acadian French district of Prince Edward Island known as Evangeline. He came out of Vocational High School with a diploma in welding,
but entered the family trucking business soon after. For many years he drove long haul trucks across Canada and the eastern United States, but in 1990
married a Lennox Island woman and became a resident. For several years he was General Manager of a peat moss operation operated by the Lennox island
First Nation, until the supply of natural peat moss ran out and the company was sold. As Facilities Manager for Minigoo Fisheries, his job is to keep
the plant in top shape and running smoothly.

Carla Annand, Quality Assurance
Carla is a native Prince Edward Islander who has worked in the seafood industry for more than 20 years. She began her career as a production line worker,
and then took courses and seminars to learn the Quality Control aspects of seafood processing. She is responsible for ensuring that Minigoo Fisheries
adheres to Quality Management Programs to keep the facility in compliance with Canadian government regulations, as well as those set forth by Sillikers and BRC.

Freeman Bungay, Plant Supervisor
Freeman comes to Minigoo Fisheries from the province of Newfoundland/Labrador, where he began a career in the fish business in 1975. Through the years he has
managed processing facilities, and has spent time aboard trawlers and freezer factory vessels. His career even took him to a year's stint managing a sardine
factory in Morocco. "You name it, I've done it", he says. He came to Prince Edward Island in July of 2006, with Ocean Choice International to improve
productivity in that company's operation. Within two months he nearly doubled production output on the processing lines.

John Harris, High Risk Area Supervisor
John spent most of his life in Toronto, where he was born, until he moved to Prince Edward Island where his wife had family connections. It was here that he was
introduced to the seafood business with Future Seafoods. But his experience in industry and an industrial environment goes back many years employment with
companies in Toronto. John is now responsible for production, quality and systems in the High Risk area of the new Minigoo Fisheries facility.
