HyWater Fine Foods is the exclusive marketer of lobster products processed by Minigoo Fisheries. The new brand was introduced to international buyers during the Boston Seafood Show and the Brussels Seafood Show in the spring of 2010 to a very positive response.

Dana Drummond is the man behind HyWater Fine Foods. He is responsible for marketing Minigoo Fisheries products nationally and internationally. Dana is well known from past experience in the international marketplace, with other seafood companies.
The European and Asian markets are important to us because it's in those territories that we can build on our solid American customer base. The key to breaking into global markets is the ability to be competitive. That is why HyWaters primary three commitments to all customers are - Quality, Consistency and Sustainability.

HyWater is new and focussing on innovative processing and packaging techniques to meet changing market demands; with third party audits for quality and sustainability. The products HyWater and Dana Drummond are taking to market come from the most modern production facility in the seafood industry, processed with quality standards set above third party audit specifications.

A core value of Minigoo and HyWater is to focus on quality, rather than quantity, with a limit on production capacity so that close attention can be paid to every aspect and detail of the products processed at Minigoo Fisheries' facility.

Both companies have set a priority of establishing long term relationships with customers sharing the same values of - quality, consistency and sustainability. A seasoned management team with many years in the seafood industry; a new, custom designed facility; leading edge technology; and an industrious, trained workforce from nearby seashore communities; complete the promise of quality and consistency.

A company brochure states the core value of sustainability this way : " The indigenous people of Lennox Island have learned from their Elders, the values practiced living in harmony with the natural world that sustained them - never taking the last animal ; always leaving enough to reproduce and sustain to the next generation ."

We intend leaving a footprint no more lasting than the imprint of a moccasined foot on a mossy wilderness trail.
